Ground floor

Guests enter into a spacious, open-plan living area that includes the dining room, bar, lounge, and kitchen, all oriented toward uninterrupted views of Glen Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Twelve Apostles.

Stack-away sliding doors open to a covered patio with an outdoor lounge and café-style seating, overlooking the pool and ocean. A short staircase leads to sun loungers and a private gate with direct beach access.

The ground floor also includes Bedroom 3, a 248 ft2 suite with a queen bed, and ocean views, along with a guest WC and a discreet service area with a private staff entrance.

First floor

The first floor of Nalu Villa features two elegantly appointed en-suite bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is the villa’s primary suite, offering a spacious layout of 376 ft2 with the option of a California king or split bed configuration. This room opens onto a private balcony furnished with occasional chairs and a cafe table, providing unobstructed views over Glen Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. To the side, the suite overlooks the villa’s rooftop garden, with sweeping vistas of the Twelve Apostles mountain range forming a dramatic backdrop.

Bedroom 2, features a queen bed and spans 204 ft2. This room faces the Twelve Apostles, offering mountain views.

Subterranean Floor

The subterranean level offers a relaxed and versatile space ideal for families. At the heart of this level is a playroom and lounge area, featuring a comfortable seating arrangement, a selection of board games, and an Xbox console. A self-service coffee, tea, and beverage station is available for guest convenience. 

Bedroom 4, features a California king or split bed configuration and spans 226 ft2. This room opens onto a small private outdoor area, complete with a vertical garden, and a staircase with direct access to the pool area above.

Bedroom 5, also offers a California king or split bed configuration and is 345 ft2. This bedroom opens onto a small enclosed patio and wall garden.
